WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL IS WALLGEAR PRINTED ON?
Wallgear is printed on Photo-Tex™ a unique patented removable adhesive fabric material. The strength of the material makes it virtually impossible to rip or wrinkle. This material will not remove paint off a primed wall or damage wallpaper when it is placed over. When removing there is a 99% certainty of no residue being left behind. The material is repositionable and reusable.

WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE SHOULD I APPLY MY WALLGEAR TO?
Interior painted walls that are smooth, clean and dry.
Any indoor metal surface.

WHAT IS THE LIFESPAN OF A WALLGEAR GRAPHIC?
Wallgear graphics will last about 5 years.

WHERE SHOULD I HANG WALLGEAR?
Apply graphics on walls that do not get direct sunlight. This will reduce fading and Wallgear from drying and peeling from wall surface. Do not hang in areas that have excessive moisture (bathrooms, etc).

HOW DO I APPLY MY GRAPHIC?
Application instructions will be sent in the tube that Wallgear graphics ship in. Very easy to hang but, some graphics may need the assistance of a friend.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WALLGEAR GRAPHIC?
Dust with a clean cloth when necessary. Never use any cleaning solutions or water on Wallgear products.

WHAT IS WALLGEAR’S RETURN POLICY?
Each graphic is custom printed at the time of order, and must pass quality inspections before the product is released for shipping. If there has been damage during the shipping process, please contact us.

HOW IS WALLGEAR SHIPPED?
All items are shipped ups ground. Printouts are inserted into tubes that are up to 50" long. Please provide a shipping address that will accept this type of package. Graphics are custom printed at time of order and may take up to 12 work days in production before being shipped. Shipping time via ups will be additional.
